- Call scheduler to remind us when we need to call the contact and notes pertaining to the scheduled call.

- Ability to create a quotation, or multiple quotations, to a potential buyer, addressed to him personally, and fax or email it to him. This all can be done within seconds.
- Maintains a quote history. So we may view everyone we’ve quoted the machine to. This comes in handy for target marketing and also when the machine price has been reduced.
- Maintains complete specifications of the machines along with how it is equipped.
- Has a template for each type of machine (lathes, mills, shears, brakes, machining centers, etc.) This makes inputting a machine, which is for sale, very quick and simple.
